UNIVERSITY OF SHEFFIELD AWARDS CEREMONY (11/4/16)
Tonight: Students need to be at the Octagon Centre for 6.45 pm.  If you are travelling with us from College, the bus will depart at 6.00 pm prompt.
If making own way there arrive by 6.45 pm.  All students need to wear full college uniform.  

 

VACCINATIONS (5/4/16)
Monday 11th April  - Year 9 and Year 11 Meningococcal (MenACWY) and Teenage Booster Dose of Tetanus, Diphtheria & Polio Vaccinations; for all students whose parents/carers have completed their child’s consent forms. 

 

YEAR 8 PARENTS' CONSULTATION MEETING (5/4/16)

Y11 EXTRA MATHS LESSONS (21/3/16)
Mr Naylor will be offering extra maths lessons on topics which students have asked about - see the schedule in 'Extra-Curricular Activities' section of the college website for details of dates and topics being covered.

 

SMART WATCHES (21/3/16)
Reminder that Smart Watches are the same as mobile phones and therefore not permitted in college.  They will be confiscated as per the mobile phone policy.

 

TRANSPORT FOR Y11S (21/3/16)
Year 11s attending revision sessions on Thursdays can sign up for free minibus transport to centralised drop-off points at 4.15pm.  Students need to sign up for a place by end of morning break on a Thursday.

Year 10 Media Students (9/11/15)
There is an opportunity for media students to go on a trip running in July 2016 to Paris. A deposit of £60 is required before the 25th November (any issues with securing the deposit please see Mrs Metcalfe to discuss). There are only 40 places available. The full cost is currently working out at £257 per pupil. Letters can be collected from C12, Media Suite and P03 from today onwards.

Post-16 Morning Letters Sent (9/10/15)
A letter has been sent to all Y11 notifying them of the Post-16 morning on Wednesday 14th October.  This is an opportunity for our students to look around and discuss their future plans with potential post-16 providers.

 

Science Revision Sessions (2/10/15)
SCIENCE Revision Sessions every week: Tuesdays in D12, Wednesday in DO1, Thursday in D13, Friday in DO2 & DO3. Straight after College.  All Year 10 and 11 students please make every effort to attend one session every week. The above Revision Sessions are open to all other year groups.

MATHS Revision: Every Tuesday (Y11s), Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (All Years) in Create Pod straight after College. Students to try to attend one session every week.

 

Year 9 Sex Exploitation (1/10/15)

Late Arrivals (20/9/15)
Reminder any arrivals after 8.42am is classed as late and will result in a 40 min detention.
